In 2015, we started our real estate odyssey with the opening of our first shop in the centre of Comporta. In 2019 we felt the need to move the shop to the village of Carvalhal, putting us a little more centrally located in the exclusive license area along the Alentejo coast which includes the municipalities of Alcácer do Sal, Grândola, Santiago do Cacém, Sines and Odemira.
Vitor Paiva, Licence Partner of Engel & Völkers Comporta, with a degree in telecommunications engineering, swapped the hectic city life for the serenity of the Alentejo giving wings to his dreams and founded Engel & Völkers in the village of Comporta, which would become a success a success in terms of tourism, always with his visionary sensibility has reached higher and higher levels.
Andreia Pratas, with a degree in Geography, joined the team in 2017 first as a team assistant and with the growth of the team evolved to the position of Process Manager, supporting the whole team in the management of real estate processes.
Celina Oliveira, who has a degree in Interior Design and was native of Alcácer do Sal, is our Team & Marketing Assistant. She is responsible for the daily operation of the Comporta shop, supporting the whole team and the general manager.
The remaining commercial team is composed by: Viktoria Dimitrova, born in Bulgaria and currently living in Grândola, has a vast knowledge of the area and her speciality is tourist developments being fluent in English, Margarida Mendes, native of Alcácer do Sal, graduated in Journalism and having previously worked in television has embraced a new career, Francisco Palha, graduated in Zootechnical Engineering, born in Vila Franca de Xira but spending most of his time in Alcácer do Sal, he was for many years an agricultural entrepreneur and speaks fluent English, French and Spanish and finally our "French", Coralie Cerf, born in France but living for some time in Melides, speaks fluent English and Portuguese and has a vast experience in commercial and real estate management and a wide knowledge of the Alentejo coast.
