Over the last four years we have experienced a significant increase in the demand for property and real estate in Grândola mountains and especially in the area of Melides, which presents us with its fabulous sea view, worthy of a postcard.
Responding to the market, we started 2022 with a reinforced team in our Melides office with the nomination of a new team leader who will take over the management of the office and a team of dedicated property consultants to support our clients and partners.
Cláudia Pereira, native of Grândola, psychologist by training, joined the team almost four years ago as a Real Estate Consultant, and is now leading the Melides team. Knowledgeable and a specialist in the area's real estate market, she has a fantastic charisma when dealing with clients and managing different personalities.
Filipa Canelas lives in Alcácer do Sal and has previously worked in customer service. She will be supporting the sales team as a Team Assistant.
The remaining sales team is made up of: Luís Ferreira, a native of Grândola and with a large past of his life abroad and speaks fluent English and French, Nuno Pinto, native of Alcácer do Sal and recently switched to the "parents" team, Cláudia Chaves, with a degree in Industrial Design, switched her city life for the tranquillity of the Alentejo and already has vast experience in real estate, Nicole Eitner, singer and songwriter, has lived most of her life in Germany and has also swapped the hustle and bustle of the city for the peaceful life in the countryside speaking fluent Portuguese, English, French and German and finally our "Palhinhas", José Rosa, native of Grândola and recently joined the Melides team betting on real estate as a new career challenge.
