Outstanding Beauty in the North of Southern Africa

Outstanding Beauty in the North of Southern Africa

South Africa overall is popularly known for the great natural attributes like the bushveld, sun, wildlife and diverse cultures it has to offer. Nowhere else has this been showcased better than in the northern point of the country.  North of the famous province Gauteng, you will find an industrial rich land, covered in mines -stimulating our economy with its platinum wealth, adding forestry, tourism and f arming to the main economic activities.

The Mpumalanga and Limpopo provinces together form an area of astounding natural beauty. Its world famous mountains, forests, rivers and waterfalls captivate visitors to the area.Outdoor enthusiasts love to indulge in the activities on offer like abseiling, fishing, white water rafting and hiking. Although most only visit this area when a break is due from a busy city lifestyle, many call it home.

Real estate in Limpopo and Mpumalanga have proven to be as popular with locals as it is with foreigners. This broad area offers property choices from smallholdings to peaceful family homes, there are also various residential properties, golf estates and secure complexes on offer. Not to forget the spectacular game parks and natural attractions that are just as influential to house hunters exploring the real estate market.

“Musina in Limpopo and White River in Mpumalanga also feature among SA's top rental towns, this being a remarkable example of rapid industrial expansion in an area with low rental supply. If you are looking to buy an investment property, these areas will offer you a great return on investment” states Craig Hutchison, CEO of Engel& Völkers Southern Africa.

Whether it's to get in touch with your roots, expanding your horizons by adding to the mining industry or just for the love of nature, Limpopo and Mpumalanga is sure to cater for all.
