The opening of a new real estate shop brings exceptional customer service and international buyers and sellers to the local community.

The opening of the new shop in The Parks has just been finalised by international real estate agency Engel & Völkers. Aimed at satisfying the growing demand for a premium real estate service in the area, the new signature shop opened its doors to the public on 13 July 2015.

Residents in the area will now be able to benefit from the exceptional customer service that has become the trademark of the agency and access to international customers through our global market network.

At the helm of this new addition to the network is Justine Russell and Peter Schubach, both highly qualified in the business network environment. “We have almost 11 000 properties in our licence area which covers the suburbs of Forest Town; Greenside; Greenside East; Parkhurst; Parktown, Parktown North; Parkview; Parkview Golf Course; Parkwood; Rosebank; Saxonwold and Westcliff, which together makes up the area known as The Parks” stated Peter Schubach, Licence Partner of Engel & Völkers The Parks.

The area comprises mostly of freehold properties with about 20% sectional title units. Full title homes range on average between R3 and R8 million, however houses in areas such as Westcliff could exceed the R20 million mark. “Our area truly does offer something to suit every homeowners needs” Peter added.
