The day started with a very productive Licence Partner Meeting where interactive workshops on best practices, branding and operations took place. Simone Soltau, Head of International Franchise & Business Performance flew in from Hamburg, Germany to share some international insights. Craig Hutchison, CEO of Engel & Völkers Southern Africa shared his excitement about new initiative’s to come to the network.
Craig also did a formal introduction about the latest projects that International Housing Solutions has introduced through the Development Driven Projects License that they acquired from Engel & Völkers during the course of last year. With approximately R4 Billion of sales stock being released over the next two years there are excellent referral and networking opportunities available to the group. Unilofts & Develde being the latest projects to be released.
After the day of workshopping, it was time to kick off the evening at The Roof in Fourways. Over 130 guests attended the Rewards and Recognition event from far & wide. Guests were greeted with wines from various regions & farms throughout SA, with an Oyster King & Sushi Queen serving some delights to start the celebrations. Teams mingled & formed new connections with special guests from Nedbank, MC van der Berg Attorneys, Private Property & SARRPS IT Services.
Awards was of course the highlight of the evening & nominees & winners were recognised for their hard work, and their statistics shared to the network of what it took to achieve their accolades.
The awards portion was concluded with the highest achievement, Money Maker of the Year which included a trip for 2 to Paris. Special congratulations went to Jackie de Waal from False Bay who walked away with the award and the prize.
The awards were followed by a night of celebrations & high spirits and we trust it was thoroughly enjoyed by all who attended.
