In his design, architect Vincent Van Duysen placed the emphasis on comfort in harmony with the surroundings and as such, nature is integral to this property. The unique feature of this property is a well-kept Mediterranean garden, a natural paradise with a 200 year old oak tree which overshadows a 12m x 6m swimming pool. Quiet luxury and the finest materials set this finca apart, with teak, sandblasted French oak, Italian marble, and handcrafted ceramics found throughout. The white ceramic lamps by artist/designer Jos Devriendt were made especially for the finca, as were plates, bowls and vases. To Palma approx. 30km, 23km to the airport and 10km to Llucmajor, a small quiet village at the foot of the Puig de Randa. The sea is very close, and the thermal winds cool the summer heat. 4km to Cala Pi, 15km to Sa Rapita and 20km to Es Trenc, one of the most Beautiful beaches in the world and the last large natural beach on Mallorca. Llucmajor: Location and surroundings of this property

The municipality of Llucmajor is geographically the largest on the island. The town is located about 15 minutes’ drive southeast of Palma airport, at the foot of the Puig de Randa. Llucmajor is a tranquil town with narrow streets and a market on Wednesdays, Fridays and Sundays. The reconverted fish market is now home to several of the Town Hall’s departments, such as the Board of Tourism. The square in front of the Town Hall was completed in 2010, now a pedestrian zone and also the setting for fruit and vegetable markets. The square is becoming increasingly popular amongst cyclists, as Llucmajor has many bike paths. On Fridays the market extends itself through half the town, from the Town Hall to Plaça d'Espanya to Bisbe Taixequet Street and from Paseo Jaime III to Ronda de Migjorn. The municipality of Llucmajor has from Tapas bars to 5 Star Hotels and many shops.
