Abrera: Location and surroundings of this property

The property is located in the urbanization of Can Vilalba in Abrera. Located in a residential area, it offers very good communication given its proximity to the train station in the same village as well as bus transport in the vicinity. Excellent situation. From our house, just a few minutes away, we reach the Abrera shopping centre which offers a supermarket, petrol station, multiplex cinema, gastronomy and various shops. Abrera is a town in the Baix Llobregat, located about 35 km from Barcelona, very well-connected with direct access to the A-2 motorway, and close to the motorway. It has a regular bus service to Barcelona and its own train station. We will also enjoy all the services, such as private and public schools (some of them of reference, such as the school "Agora" in Sant Esteve Sesrovires or the "Daina Isard" in Olesa de Montserrat) and public and private medical centres, as well as the regional Hospital in Martorell. The property is close to the Industrial Complex of Martorell, with mention to the SEAT car factory and the Logistic Center of MERCADONA. In the town, there is a lot of commerce, gastronomy and all kinds of services. It is close to Montserrat and the Masía Bach Golf Course in Sant Esteve Sesrovires. Abrera invites us.
