This property is located in the village of Berbes, a beautiful enclave in the rural area of Ribadesella. Berbes boasts a spectacular golf course, several routes, and paths to enjoy either on foot or by bicycle, connecting with nearby villages and their cliffside landscapes. Its proximity to one of the most beautiful and extensive sandy areas in Asturias, formed by the beaches of Berbes, Vega, and La Sierra, makes this village the ideal place for nature lovers and outdoor sports enthusiasts; golf, surfing, cycling, hiking... And if we want to enjoy a more social and urban atmosphere, we only need to head to Ribadesella, take a walk and stroll through the welcoming and close-knit atmosphere of the town and discover its historical and cultural richness, as well as its varied gastronomy. This town has a weekly market on Wednesdays to enjoy local products, as well as services such as pharmacies, a health center, and a wide variety of shops and businesses. Ribadesella is very well connected, only 35 minutes from Gijón, 50 from Oviedo, and 60 from Santander.
