El Soto de la Moraleja is a residential area that includes terraced villas, apartments, penthouses, ground-floor homes with gardens, semi-detached houses, and all kinds of multi-storey and terraced homes within large landscaped gated communities, with swimming pool, tennis, padel, etc., closed off from the street and protected from outside. In El Soto there are numerous Spanish and international schools, as well as an excellent urban transport network that runs throughout the development and goes to the city of Madrid (Plaza de Castilla, Alcobendas and San Sebastián de los Reyes), in addition to the commuter rail/metro, which is also now next to El Soto.
