Temporary contract from October 1st, 2025 to June 1st, 2026 Casa de Pescadores is a listed terraced residence situated just a three-minute walk from the beaches of San Sebastian and Balmins, and a ten-minute walk from the historic town center, the train station (as well as the airport bus), and the harbor of Sitges. This Andalusian-style house, designed by the Catalan architect José Antonio Coderch, underwent a comprehensive renovation and restoration in 2022 by De Gregorio Henriksen Architects. The property comprises an entrance patio, a residential area, and a spacious 100 meter square of sunny courtyard featuring a dining area, sun loungers, and a swimming pool. The house measures 72 square meters and includes an expansive open-plan space with high ceilings accommodating the kitchen, dining table, sofas, and work desk. Additionally, there are two bedrooms furnished with king-size beds (150 by 200 centimeters) and a generously sized bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary appliances. The entire house is fitted with air conditioning for both heating and cooling purposes, complemented by a gas fireplace located in the sitting area.
