Located in one of the most eclectic areas of Cabanyal, surrounded by services such as pharmacies, schools, and a few steps from the beach. Valencian history goes hand in hand with the history of this maritime neighborhood. Cabanyal-Canyamelar became an independent municipality in the 19th century, under the name of Pueblo Nuevo del Mar.
