Requena: Location and surroundings of this property

The villa is located in the San José urbanization, probably one of the most exclusive areas of Requena, a few minutes from the hospital, health center, courts, supermarkets, sports facilities, schools, institute, etc. It has very good communication with exit 291 to the A-3 motorway through which we will reach Valencia in 45 minutes, the airport in 35 minutes and Madrid in 2 and a half hours. In 10 minutes we will be at the AVE station, so the journey to Valencia is reduced to 25 minutes and to Madrid less than one and a half.
