Esparreguera: Location and surroundings of this property

The property is located in the urbanization Can Rial in Esparreguera, with the convenience of living in a quiet environment, but relatively close to the town, with all the amenities and services. Esparreguera is a town in the Baix Llobregat, located just 35 km from Barcelona, very well connected with direct access to the A-2 motorway. It has a regular bus line towards Barcelona and only 5 minutes away by car is the Renfe train station and the railway station of the Generalitat in Martorell. It is also very close to the airport and coastal areas. We enjoy all the services in the same town and surroundings, such as public and private schools (some of them of reference such as the school "El Puig" in the same town, "Agora" school in Sant Esteve Sesrovires, school "Daina" in Olesa...) and public and private medical centres. Lots of life and commerce and just a few minutes away from the Abrera shopping centre, with supermarkets, multiplex cinemas, petrol station and restaurants. It is close to Montserrat and the Masia Bach Golf Course in Sant Esteve Sesrovires. Esparreguera also has an interesting gastronomy with some restaurants suitable for demanding palates.
