Vilamarxant: Location and surroundings of this property

Vilamarxant, a charming village, located in the heart of the Camp de Túria region, just 30 minutes from Valencia. It is an ideal place to enjoy tranquillity, nature and quality of life. Vilamarxant has a rich history, a varied culture and delicious gastronomy. Its popular festivals, such as the Fallas, Easter Week or the San Miguel Fair, are a sample of its joy and tradition. Living in Vilamarxant offers you many advantages. You can breathe the fresh air and admire the landscape of the Calderona mountain range, where you can go hiking, cycling, horse riding or simply relax. You will have access to all the services you need, such as shops, supermarkets, banks, pharmacies, health centres, etc. You will be able to choose from a wide educational offer, from nursery schools to secondary schools, as well as public and public schools. If we decide to go by car, from Vilamarxant and via the CV-370 we are very close to Valencia airport (in Manises). The journey is about 15 km long and takes about 20 minutes. By bus, you can take Edetania Bus line 145 from Vilamarxant to La Pobla de Vallbona, which is about 5 km away, and from there take other bus lines that connect with Valencia and other towns, such as Llíria, Bétera, San Antonio de Benagéber or Riba-roja de Túria. The journey from Vilamarxant to La Pobla de Vallbona takes about 15 minutes.
