In the El Dorado urbanization, close to the beach and all services, bright, with a good neighborhood, it was rehabilitated and modernized by expanding the kitchen and bathrooms. Its decoration is sober, elegant and modern, transmitting peace, silence and well-being. It is a comfortable house to spend a vacation near the sea or live all year round due to its location. It has a communal area with a swimming pool surrounded by grass to enjoy with the children. On the ground floor we find the kitchen, the living room, a small storage room used as a laundry area and a toilet. The spacious living-dining room has two well-differentiated areas, the area for diners and the living room with a large sofa with access to the garden.
