Lloret de Mar: Location and surroundings of this property

Lloret de Mar is a Spanish municipality in the La Selva region, in the province of Gerona, located next to the sea, on the Costa Brava. It is equipped with excellent beaches of granulated sand. It also has magnificent views of the castle at one end and at the other the monument to "La dona Sailor" which represents the suffering of women waiting for the return of their fishermen husbands. Mediterranean coastal climate, with temperatures always much milder due to the moderating thermal effect of the sea. Even so, it must be taken into account that the Mediterranean is a warm sea all year round, so that the softening effect of temperatures that characterizes it is more evident in winter than in summer.
