This fabulous flat is located in the south part of the town of Jávea. Jávea is a coastal town in the comarca of Marina Alta, in the province of Alicante, Spain, by the Mediterranean Sea. Situated on the slopes of the Montgó massif, behind a wide bay and sheltered between two rocky promontories, the town centre is slightly elevated above sea level and protected by the Motgó (786m). Half of its resident population and more than two thirds of its annual visitors are foreigners. The property is located 2.5km from beautiful beaches which, except in August, are not very crowded. Apart from sunbathing and swimming, there is a wide choice of water sports and activities such as sailing, diving, canoeing, kayaking, paddle boarding, among others.
