Alpedrete: Location and surroundings of this property

Alpedrete is a municipality belonging to the Community of Madrid, famous for its quarries, from which granite was extracted to build, among other monuments the Monasterio del Escorial, el Palacio de Oriente and El Valle de los Caídos. At the moment it has more than 14,500 registered inhabitants plus another 4,000 or so who live there without being registered yet.
