Picassent: Location and surroundings of this property

This property is located in the urbanization Tancat de L'Alter, a prestigious and luxury urbanization belonging to the town of Picassent. Within the Urbanization is the Ausias March International School, considered one of the 10 best schools in Valencia.The urbanization is close to supermarkets and other services, good connections with the A7 freeway to Barcelona or Alicante-Albacete and public transport services such as Metro (just five minutes walk from the property) and bus (about seven minutes) that take about 20 minutes to reach the center of Valencia. There is a bus service to the beach in the summer months. Within walking distance of the urbanization we find supermarkets, restaurants and cafes. The town of Picassent is a town of about 20,000 inhabitants, with all services: kindergartens, schools and institutes, a large sports center with indoor and outdoor swimming pools and various sports activities.
