Cunit: Location and surroundings of this property

The house is located in Cunit. The location is excellent, with easy access to the C-32 and only 7 minutes from the beach on foot or from the train station of Cunit. Cunit is a municipality in the Baix Penedès region. Its beaches stand out, with a total of 2.7 kilometres of continuous fine sand and smooth profile, presided over by 7 breakwaters that give it a unique appearance, in the form of semicircular coves. It has all the services and shops, health, sport, education, large supermarket chains, local shops and gastronomy.
