Santa Margarita: Location and surroundings of this property

Santa Margarita is the residential area that is closest to Gibraltar at only 15 minutes, which makes it in the first place a living area. Due to its direct access to the A383 and A7, the port of Algeciras is at a short drive as well. At 5 minutes from the local natural beaches, it is the perfect place to combine work and your own place in the sun. This is the most southern point of the Costa del Sol with a mild climate due to the Atlantic Ocean being literally around the corner. Santa Margarita houses a couple of bars, a gym and a supermarket. Bigger commercial areas are at 10-15 minutes away. Schools organize buses to the area. Some urbanization like Venta Melchor are gated communities with 24h security.
