Cala Mondragó is part of Mondragó's 766 hectare natural park. The two largest bays, ses Fonts de n'Alis and s'Amarador, are connected by a short walk on a rocky path and are one of the most beautiful and clean bays in Mallorca. The next largest town is Santanyi and is about 56 km from Palma.The village in the Southeast, with its nearly 12,000 inhabitants, is one of the most beautiful in Mallorca. In the center the reare many small shops where you can find extraordinary fashion, jewelery and decorative items. Every Wednesday and Saturday is market day, which runs through the entire center. The Vall d'Or golf course, a small but appealing landscaped area with fantastic views of the sea, is about 20 minutes drive away from Santanyí.
