Oliva: Location and surroundings of this property

The property is located in Oliva Nova at the foot of the golf course and about 500 m from the sea, with a fantastic unspoilt beach with dunes and white sand with blue flag status. The area has the Oliva Nova Equestrian Centre (MET). Oliva is situated between Valencia and Alicante, 80km north of Manises airport and 90 km south of Alicante airport, connected by the A7 motorway. There are also conventional and high speed trains (AVE) in both cities, Madrid and Barcelona.
