Gijon-Este: Location and surroundings of this property

Located at the end of San Lorenzo beach is La Arena neighbourhood, which is in the eastern part of the municipality of Gijón. This name is due to the fact that the place where it is located was in the past a sandy area of the San Lorenzo beach.
