Sa Pobla is a busy agricultural market town located inland between Inca and Alcúdia. An important community of around 12.000 inhabitants known for the production of vegetables, especially the delicious potatoes that grow in the fertile soil. The “Fira Nocturna de la Patata” (Potato Festival) takes place here once a year. Traditional and modern potato dishes are served accompanied by live music from local bands.
