Malgrat de Mar is a municipality in the province of Barcelona, next to the Costa Brava. Its privileged location between the sea and the mountains makes it a unique enclave as a habitual residence or summer home. Malgrat is located 60km from Barcelona and 30km from Girona, connected by the C32 and the NII, and with the option of using both airports. It also has a suburban train station that connects it with the whole Maresme from Barcelona to Blanes, passing through Mataró.
