Wonderful compact house in the centre

Beautiful modern house in the centre of Es Mercadal, very close to the main streets of the village. It was built in 2008 with great taste. It is distributed in three floors. On the ground floor there is an entrance hall with built-in furniture that can be used as storage. There is also a bedroom and a bathroom with shower. This floor could even be transformed into a small studio. Going up to the first floor we have a wonderful kitchen with breakfast bar together with a spacious living room that occupies the whole floor. On the third floor there is another large bathroom with shower and two more bedrooms, one single and one very spacious double. All the bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and overlook the street. The house has a lot of natural light thanks to its large windows, the floor is made of oak parquet which gives it a very cosy touch. A perfect house to be able to move from the centre of the island easily to any desired point.
