Therefor the lower level is sufficiently equipped with natural light and ventilation, . A sewage System transports the rainfall safely into the canal. The area is also accessible through an external staircase. There is a safe Entrancedoor, which leads into a nice entrance area. From this room or from the internal staircase you enter a large living room, currently used as a movie theatre , a play and relaxation area.
