We enter the house and are greeted by a distributor who leads us to a spacious living room with high ceilings, with access to a large glazed porch to enjoy it in summer and winter and surrounded by the wonderful garden with pool and deck. On the main floor, a large kitchen with ofix area and direct access to the barbecue area and separate laundry room. On this floor is the master bedroom, with a dressing area and an en-suite bathroom and a practical courtesy toilet. We access the upper floor, with a comfortable multipurpose open area with access to the terrace and two spacious and beautiful double bedrooms; on this floor there is a full bathroom that serves these.
