This property is located in one of the most authentic and bonafide areas of Madrid's city. It's 5 minutes' walk from the Royal Palace, and the Opera Theatre, as well as one of the most lively and bohemian areas of Madrid, the La Latina neighborhood, full of restaurants and bars where you can enjoy Madrid's life experience. The palace atmosphere permeates these nearby streets, inviting you to wander around royal parks such as the Plaza de Oriente or the Sabatini Gardens. The location allows ideal accessibility to the central area of Sol and the entire Gran Vía. In the Palacio neighbourhood, we can find some of the main points of interest in the capital such as the Plaza Mayor, the Monasterio de la Encarnación and the Plaza de La Villa, where we can see buildings from the 15th, 16th and 17th centuries.
