Esparreguera: Location and surroundings of this property

Esparreguera is a town in the Baix Llobregat, located 35 km from Barcelona, very well connected with direct access to the A-2 motorway. It has a regular bus line to Barcelona and Renfe or Ferrocarriles 10 minutes by car. We enjoy all the services, such as public and private schools (some of them of reference such as the “Ágora” school in Sant Esteve Sesrovires) and public and private medical centers. In the town there is a lot of commerce and a few minutes from the Abrera Shopping Center. It is close to Montserrat and Golf Masia Bach. The Can Rial Urbanization is an ideal enclave to live in the middle of nature, close to the city of Barcelona. La Masia is also located in the highest part of the urbanization, so it has unique and spectacular views of Montserrat and the nearby towns.
