The finca is within walking distance of the beach bay of Cala Mandia, a small holiday destination on the east coast of Mallorca, three kilometres southwest of Porto Cristo. The airport of Palma de Mallorca can be reached from here in about 50 minutes. The beach of Cala Mandia with fine sand and turquoise blue water lies in a sheltered bay. Right next to it is the somewhat smaller, enchanting Cala Anguila bay. Porto Cristo is only five minutes away. Far from mass tourism, the small, cosy harbour town offers numerous restaurants, everything for daily needs and a private clinic. The centre is formed by the beach promenade and the yacht and fishing harbour, which extends far into the town. Manacor, the second largest town in Mallorca with the famous Rafael Nadal Tennis Academy, is less than ten minutes away by car.
