El Masnou: Location and surroundings of this property

El Masnou, Maresme region, is a municipality in the province of Barcelona, in the autonomous community of Catalonia in Spain. It is located 19 km from the Catalan capital Barcelona. The municipal area is crossed by the Maresme Highway (C-32) and by the old N-II road. It is fabulously communicated along the entire coast thanks to its railway station. The relief is characterized by the coastal strip between Premià de Mar and Montgat, its altitude oscillates between 75 meters above sea level and the urban center rises to 26 meters. Its beach is 25 meters wide and 1,100 meters long, and its climate is Mediterranean with moderate temperatures.
