Crestatx: Location and surroundings of this property

The area of Crestatx is a peaceful residential area within the municipality of Sa Pobla, and it is also just a 10 minute drive from Pollensa. The easy access to and from Crestatx and its proximity to the local beaches, the motorway and in turn to the capital Palma de Mallorca and the airport, at most 35 minutes away, make it a great alternative for property buyers interested in the area in and around Pollensa. It is home to modern as well as more classical villas that most likely have a pool, and is also the location for the only private, international school in the north of the island – MySchool. Crestatx is well worth checking out if you are looking for somewhere peaceful that is very well connected to the stunning beaches of Playa de Muro and family resorts of Puerto Pollensa and Cala San Vicente as well as to the towns of Sa Pobla and Pollensa.
