Les Oliveres: Location and surroundings of this property

The property is located in Lliçà d'Amunt, in the urbanization of Las Oliveras, on the border of Granollers. The access to the C-17 is very fast. Lliçà d'Amunt is a municipality in the Vallès Oriental region. It is located next to Granollers and 25 km from Barcelona and enjoys good road communications (C-17, C-155, BV-1602), also the C-155 road, which goes to Sabadell and the AP-7 freeway. The Tenes river crosses the town from north to south and is the common element with the rest of the municipalities of the Tenes Valley, which includes a good part of the municipalities of Bigas, Santa Eulàlia de Ronçana and Lliçà de Vall. It presents a relief conditioned by the network of torrents and streams that cross it. The municipality stands out for the dispersion of the urban centers.
