Through an open staircase you access the night area of the house, where we find a spacious en-suite room with access to a terrace with sea views, another bathroom with shower and two single rooms, each with trundle beds. The house has a private garage where there is also an attached laundry room with a washer and dryer. The community area has two swimming pools, one of them for children, and an extensive green space.
