House in Nigrán with spectacular garden

A house to enjoy a large garden with pool and magnificent views of the Cies Islands. The house is located in the center of the plot and has several entrances, the main entrance with terrace to enjoy the views of the Cies Islands, from where we access a hall where the whole house is distributed, on the one hand the day area, with a living room with fireplace, dining room, a large kitchen with direct access to the garden, a courtesy bathroom, the stairs to the upper floor and separated by a distributor we have the sleeping area, which consists of three very spacious and bright bedrooms with fitted closets and pine floors, the master bedroom with en suite bathroom and another bathroom that serves the plant, both exterior. On the second floor we find a spacious bedroom with fitted closet, a playroom or multipurpose room, an office, a bathroom and a trunk. The exterior carpentry is aluminum with double glazing. On the first floor is the garage with space for three cars, a bathroom, the laundry area and a large storage room. This house also has a guest house with total independence consisting of a living area, a small kitchen, two bedrooms and a bathroom. In the upper part of the garden there is a water mine, which gives irrigation service to the orchard area, also ideal for watering the extensive garden in its entirety. The pool is in front of the house with landscaped space to enjoy the outdoor area and some impressive trees that separate it from the house and give it some privacy. At the back of the house there is a barbecue area. In front of the guest house there is an area with various fruit trees that provide some charm.
