In this area, there is also a small Andalusian patio with a decorative fountain for those moments of escape and tranquility. Here, there are three double bedrooms, all of similar size, with built-in wardrobes and lofts. Two of them face the garden, the pool, and the golf course. They share a complete bathroom with all amenities. The third bedroom has another en-suite bathroom, identical to the first. Back to the entrance, we enter the large living room; a space where light and a sense of spaciousness are ever-present. This is thanks to its open concept towards the upper floor, allowing sunlight through both the large front windows and the upper ones, which also serve as access doors to the rear terrace and the garden. Going up the stairs, we find another bedroom, slightly larger, with built-in wardrobes, air conditioning split, and a door that leads to the upper terrace, running along the facade, overlooking the garden. It also has a beautiful en-suite bathroom with two ceramic sinks, a bathtub, and a bidet. Also on the upper floor, there is a relaxation area that receives light from all sides, with windows and terraces in three directions. Now, we head to the semi-basement floor, which contains several rooms distributed on both sides of a hallway. First, we reach a dressing room where clothes can be stored, also including a guest toilet. Next to it, there is another door leading to the garage, with space for two vehicles and a motorcycle. From here, there is access to the heating oil tank and an exit door to the patio on the left side. Continuing along the hallway, we find a room serving as a changing room for the pool and including two showers. Further on, we reach another large bedroom, currently used as a playroom and gym. Next to it, there is another room serving as a laundry room. Alongside, another bathroom with a shower plate. Finally, a last double bedroom. Returning to the main floor, we exit from the living room to the garden. Here, you find the pool, a solarium area, and even more plants, highlighting all the climbers, pines, bamboos, and rosemary that protect the villa's privacy, along with ten beautiful large palm trees.
