Felanitx: Location and surroundings of this property

Es Carritxó, a tiny, original village - 1 church, 1 bar - captivates with its typical Mallorcan originality, far away from mass tourism, surrounded by olive groves, almond and carob tree fields, below the castle ruin "Castell Santueri". Within sight of the losterberg "Santuari de San Salvador" (at 500 m the highest elevation of the eastern Cordilleras of Mallorca), with magnificent panoramic views of the coast and green, pine-covered hills. If you are looking for peace and relaxation, this is the place for you. In the middle of it all is the exclusive 18-hole Val D'Or golf course - just a 10-minute drive away. Cala D'Or offers an important natural marina, only 10 minutes further towards the sea. It is also 20 minutes to the picturesque harbour village of Portopetro. Cas Concos, the nearest village, also has a small supermarket for daily needs and a pharmacy. Felanitx, the next largest town, can be reached in about 15 minutes by car and offers all shopping facilities, bars and restaurants, every Sunday there is a big market here.
