The most successful start to the year for E&V Luxembourg

The year has got off to a particularly auspicious start for the team at Engel & Völkers Luxembourg. In fact, it is the most successful start ever in the history of Engel & Völkers Luxembourg.

In January 2022, the team managed to close five deals with a total transaction volume of 6.6 million euros. In the previous year that figure was approx. 4 million euros.

Raymond Klein, Team Leader at E&V Luxembourg, said: “January is usually a quiet month for us, but this year things got off to a very positive start. This shows that the real estate market in Luxembourg is healthy and recovering with renewed dynamism. Coronavirus is no longer at the very top of people’s minds and everyone is beginning to move about freely again.”
