Amazing historical building at the center of the Thessaloniki

Historical Building, Year of construction 1925, Architects Maximilianos Rubens & Eli Modiano. The gorgeous three-story building is constacted on a plot of 190 square meters and is consisted of a basement, a ground floor with a mezzanine, two floors and a roof. In the heart of the city's commercial center, it is a jewel with a great history and special elements of the city's Jewish community. The building is classified as preserved building.It is a typical example of architecture of the interwar era with ART NOUVEAU elements with individual references to neoclassicism and is part of the eclecticism of the first decades of the 20th century. The load-bearing body of the building is made of reinforced concrete and the infill walls have been made of battic and street brick structures. The total area of the covered areas of the building is 835 square meters (main and auxiliary). The Energy Performance Certificate is currently being issued.
