Thanks to our growing expansion, we are looking for our Marketcenter in Athens, a Call Center Agent.
About the role
The Call Center Agent is responsible for providing customer support via phone to all current and potential clients. The role provides excellent customer service and assist customers with any inquiries they may have.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing incoming calls
- Being a primary point of contact for customer phone inquiries regarding Engel & Völkers’ properties
- Resolving issues as they arise & handling customer complaints, ensuring communication with the Sales Team
- Building strong customer relationships by responding to requests and concerns effectively and professionally
- Assigning call leads to the Sales Team
Required Qualifications
- Higher Education
- Fluent in Greek and English language, written and spoken (German would be considered an asset)
- Proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Customer - oriented approach
- Ability to multi - task and manage time effectively
- Experience in similar role will be considered a plus
