Junior Attorney (Part time)

We are currently operating in over 1,000 locations in over 35 countries, worldwide. Thanks to our growing expansion, we are looking for our Marketcenter in Athens, a freelancer Junior Attorney (part time).
About the role
The junior Attorney at Engel & Völkers Greece manages daily legal needs, including brokerage contracts, corporate/employment law, GDPR, and AML compliance, reporting directly to the Head of Legal.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide daily legal advice on brokerage agreements to be signed with the company’s clients.
- Handle legal matters related to corporate and employment law for the company.
- Review agreements with service providers.
- Support the legal department on litigation cases and lawsuits.
- Assist in the ongoing implementation and adherence to GDPR and AML legislation.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree. A Master's degree in Corporate Law will be considered a plus.
- Strong knowledge of Contract Law and Company law.
- Minimum four years of active legal practice. Corporate environment experience will be considered a plus.
- Fluent Greek and English is required; German language skills will be considered a plus.
- Strong and command of MS Office and Google Workspace.
- Strong organizational, multitasking and communication skills.
- Cooperative attitude, proactivity and adaptability.
