Key Responsibilities

• Greeting and assisting walk-in customers.
• Answering phone calls and directing inquiries appropriately.
• Managing email communications and distributing internal memos.
• Supporting administrative duties including data entry, filing and appointment scheduling.
• Maintaining the store's visual presentation and operational order to reflect the high standards of Engel and Völkers.
• Assisting with various ad hoc projects and tasks.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent diploma.
• Minimum one year of experience in a similar position.
• Fluent Greek and English is required; German language skills will be considered a plus.
• Strong command of MS Office and Google Workspace.
• Strong organizational, multitasking and communication skills.
• Cooperative attitude, proactivity and adaptability.
