1467 ha land with coast on the lagoon

An excellent and unique plot of land enjoying a good stretch of coast on Garzón Lagoon with plenty of wildlife, wild vegetation and a beautiful landscape. The plot measures 1,467 hectares and is divided into four separate parts all within close proximity of one another: 69 has, 103 has, 120 has and a 1,175 ha plot, which, due to its size, offers great potential for commercial exploitation (farming), a real estate development or for personal use. It must be mentioned that there is approval for a project for the whole lagoon front comprising 37 fincas of between 5 and 10 hectares. The residence with main house, three sheds and the 1,175 ha plot are located in the north-east part of the lagoon minutes from Garzón town and just 20 minutes from José Ignacio with approximately 4km of coast on the lagoon. It is an area rich in biological diversity, in fact, it is considered an important area for the conservation of birds for its ornithological importance and forms part of the National System of Protected Areas.
