Spectacular property with sea views

This exceptional property has 543 hectares of land and is located in the beautiful northeast of Mallorca. The estate offers varied vegetation and a wide variety of uses. On the property there is a natural quarry, almond and fruit trees. At the moment, subsidized almond production as well as organic sheep and cattle breeding are being operated here with some 350 sheep and 12 cattle. The estate also has a hunting license. Particularly impressive are the views over large parts of Mallorca, the Bay of Alcúdia and the Tramuntana mountains. Existing plans include the transformation of the existing 19th-century buildings into a hotel / agrotourism with a total of 21 rooms.
