Project for a newly built country house with views

This project with building licence is for the construction of a modern finca. Thanks to its elevated plot, one can enjoy an incredible view to the Tramuntana mountains, to the beautiful village of Lloret and to the north the sea views. The house of approx. 260m2 will be distributed on one floor, without doors and with large windows creating an "open space". There will be a kitchen, living-dining room, three bedrooms and four bathrooms. The three bedrooms will have en suite bathrooms and one bedroom will offer direct access to the swimming pool. The outdoor area will offer an infinity pool with marvellous views, several terrace areas surrounded by fruit trees and the authentic Majorcan landscape.
