Equipment and special features of this development project
A unique project of five new-build elegant villas in an idyllic village in western Istria, combining contemporary design with traditional architecture to create a luxurious and comfortable home.
The villas were built on an area of around 4500 m². Surrounded by olive groves and orchards, the upper floors of the villas offer views of the Adriatic Sea, some seven kilometres away.
Each villa has its own covered car park (30-35 m²), a terrace with sun deck (60-70 m²) and a swimming pool (32-37 m²).
The villas are nearing completion and should be ready for occupancy by summer 2025.
The properties are situated in the peaceful and well-maintained village of Gedići in western Istria, approximately seven kilometres from the Adriatic Sea and the popular coastal town of Poreč. This location offers the best of both worlds, combining natural beauty with proximity to tourist areas and a well-developed infrastructure. Gedići is surrounded by a charming landscape characterised by olive groves, vineyards, and Mediterranean vegetation. The Istrian coast, only a few minutes away by car, is renowned for its diverse natural beauty. As well as rocky stretches with crystal-clear water, there are numerous smaller pebble and natural beaches where you can swim and relax. The nearest airport, Pula (PUY), is around 60 kilometres south and can be reached by car in 45–60 minutes. Other well-known coastal towns such as Novigrad (approx. 10 km), Umag (approx. 30 km) and Rovinj (approx. 35 km) are also within easy reach, as is the town of Poreč. As well as cultural sights, these towns offer a variety of leisure activities, marinas, weekly markets and shopping facilities.
In summary, the property in Gedići is in an attractive location, combining tranquillity and natural surroundings with proximity to the coast, culture, gastronomy and leisure activities.
