Mediterranean villa in a quiet location in Son Serra de Marina

Son Serra de Marina is located right by the sea in the large Bay of Alcúdia in northeastern Mallorca and belongs to the municipality of Santa Margalida. It is a quiet residential development away from mass tourism. Here, you can enjoy the peaceful idyll, the beautiful natural sandy beach (partly clothing-optional) and the magnificent view of the turquoise sea. There is a small marina for boat owners. Some restaurants, a supermarket and a pharmacy are open all year round. The nearest towns, Can Picafort and Artà, are each only a 10-minute drive away, while Colònia de Sant Pere can even be reached conveniently on foot along the beach. Nearby attractions include the “Son Real” estate, a historic finca open to the public, from which you can walk to prehistoric burial sites by the sea (Necròpolis de Son Real). The “S’Albufera Park” nature reserve, which attracts birdwatchers from around the world every year, is also only about a 15-minute drive away. The airport is approximately 67 km away.
