Caldes d´Estrac is a small coastal town in the Maresme region located 35 km from Barcelona and very well connected with the C32 motorway and the NII. Also known as Caldetes, this town is famous for the Roman Baths, the Gothic-style Sta Maria Church built in the 16th century and the Palau d'Art Contemporani Foundation. In addition, the Beach of the Three Monkeys and the Passeig dels Anglesos make this town the ideal place to enjoy its crystal clear waters and peaceful atmosphere. Geographically, it is located next to the mouth of the Caldetes stream, a stream that comes from Montalt (598 m) located in the Litoral mountain range. The Mediterranean climate, with dry and hot summers and fairly moderate winters with little precipitation and high humidity, make this town one of the best in Catalonia in which to locate a residence.
